Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and hiring new staff.
- Conduct performance management and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures and ensure they are communicated and followed.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention..
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
Salary : $62,400 - $73,500
