Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all areas of HR, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment. This role involves overseeing HR functions, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and hiring new staff.
  • Conduct performance management and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures and ensure they are communicated and followed.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention..

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
