We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones, calling customers.
- Greeting customers
- Taking payments from customers to include cash/checks/credit cards as well as processing credit card payments.
- Updating electronic bulletin boards
- Work with the rest of the team to grow the business and provide customers with a positive experience, every time.
Applicant must have excellent organizational skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
Applicant must have computer experience and be able to learn new software as needed.
Must be friendly and upbeat with a positive attitude.
Previous customer service experience is required.
