Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all current standards are met for licensing, NAEYC, Parent Aware and more
- Positive leadership, coaching and mentoring of staff
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with the staff, families and children served
- Supervise all daily operations of the center, including staffing, scheduling, implementation of the curriculum, and accounting
- Utilize social media and partner with local businesses to promote and market the center
- Maintain and increase student enrollment and conduct tours
- Ensure health and safety standards are being met
- Undergo required trainings and ensure all staff undergo and maintain all trainings required by licensing
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Rule 3
- Must be lead teacher qualified
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills, organized, and detail-oriented
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience
- Minimum 1 year childcare management experience

This is a full-time position with 40 scheduled hours, and overtime paid at time and a half as needed.
