SUMMARY
It is the responsibility of the Human Resource Administrator to perform the following duties with an emphasis on completing multiple tasks accurately on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resource Administrator shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks;
· Provides both verbal and written Spanish translation to assist Spanish speaking employees as needed.
· Researches employee issues in order to assist with accurately answering their questions along with resolution of any corrections needed. Examples include – pay questions, vacation questions, benefits questions, etc.
· Serves as liaison for employees with management in order to assist in the resolution of complaints, safety issues, disciplinary issues, performance appraisals as well as pay for performance.
· Assists with interviewing and recruitment for entry level hourly positions.
· Coordinates applicant flow and tracking of new hires.
· Answers and directs phone calls for the facility.
· Assists with employee benefits administration.
· Assists in the administration of IQMS Time & Attendance record keeping.
· Logs attendance, vacation time & missed punches in IQMS.
· Completes new hire orientation, packets & documentation.
· Processes employee termination files.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
· Proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.
· Proficiency with MS Office Software, familiarity with HRIS systems.
· Ability to use e-mail effectively.
