The Quantitative Strategies Group at Credit Suisse is a modeling, analytics and trading risk group. The QAT COO team ensures accurate group functioning of the operational processes. It supports QAT in the controls, strategy & transformation areas including Human Capital, Regional Support, Head Count and Financial management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the COO related activities for the Americas region and for Quant Strats and Counterparty Portfolio Modelling areas
  • Coordinate regional support for Operations and Immigration in the Americas region
  • Support the delivery of the Human Capital agenda for QAT in the Americas region
  • Track and coordinate the various campus programs across the Americas region
  • Support and coordinate the QAT recruitment process and human capital initiatives for India
  • Chip in to ongoing projects

The Quantitative Analysis & Technology organization is looking for a hands-on candidates with positive attitude, well developed work ethics and flexible approach towards willingness to work with a variety of topics for the Americas region.

  • Proven work experience of at least 10-15 years of financial Industry is essential
  • Ability to work and communicate optimally across all levels of the organization
  • Possess intellectual curiosity and willingness to ask questions
  • Excellent organizational and writing skills
  • Works well on small team sharing information to drive coordinated approach
  • Can work with minimal supervision; takes action and initiative
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value varied perspectives.
