What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting/Sourcing Manager position at Credit Suisse?
As a Recruiting/Sourcing Mananger, the applicant will be managing a sourcing team in Raleigh, NC supporting the Americas Recruitment organization. The Sourcing team supports the Experienced Recruitment team with the response management of advertised roles, screening of suitable candidates and the searching for passive candidates; identification of suitable candidates, engagement and proactive talent pooling and pipelining.
In this role, you and your team will be responsible for designing, deploying and implementing targeted talent sourcing strategies to attract top talents in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner while driving our talent agendas around Diversity & Inclusion, Credit Suisse’s return ship program Real Returns as well as Internal Mobility; you will also be acting as a pivotal partner being responsible for continuous improvement of the Sourcing team’s service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Encouraged:
Lead a team of Sourcers, developing team performance through effective direction and leadership including team meetings; 1:1 sessions and regular training
Serve as expert in the field of Sourcing and deliver said knowledge and expertise to attract Senior Level roles within the organization.
Source quality candidates and maintaining pipelines for key roles working in close collaboration with the recruiters to provide a seamless Hiring Manager and candidate experience
Establish proactive partnerships with key partners to manage current and future demands, deliver and implement sourcing strategies that enable / support agile business change and growth
Partner closely with executives & senior collaborators across the organization to assess organizational needs and develop thoughtful and innovative sourcing, pipelining, referral, networking and agency strategies
Ensure data accuracy and integrity of the applicant tracking system and candidate record management systems (Taleo applicant tacking system & Yellow candidate relationship management tool)
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and client experience through teamwork and integrity in all contact with candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues
Analyze conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates / talent pool individuals and design specific measures where required
Collaborate with recruiting leadership, continue to enhance cross functional recruiting capabilities including, metrics, analytics, redeployment, reskill initiatives, assessments, policies, training, etc.
Support the team in identifying and delivering on training requirements and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement with the team
Ensure all sourcing practices align with relevant local and international legal requirements, including data protection regulations.
Lead and develop team of 8 research and sourcing professionals focused on developing research capabilities

- Proven history of leading and/or influencing teams through transformational change

- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally gained with an international company or in an agency environment and deep knowledge of standard processes within sourcing

- High-level thinking and strategy to business priorities and needs through the development and execution of a robust and innovative recruiting strategy.
- A track record in leading, developing and motivating a sourcing team
- Solid ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with peers and key partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally experience in Taleo and / or Yello
- Demonstrated transformative leadership, with ability to lead through ambiguity, navigate and remove barriers, be agile, and engage in continuous learning to be aware of emerging trends and standard methodologies
