As a Pre-CAD Coordinator, you will work as part of a team to prepare digital case files to process into next step of productions. Coordinator trims digital files in design program and directs prepared case files to the proper departments to proceed. Our products are small and need great detail to attention to continue our standard of products. There is no prior experience necessary! We will provide full training with great opportunities for advancement!
Duties:
- Process case files according to procedure to prep for designers.
- Transfer files to outsourcing designers.
- Bring issues with case files to the appropriate source for resolvent.
- Coordinators will track cases through scheduled due date and organize caseloads for departments.
- Coordinator will be organized with time and product management and keeping the larger process in mind for following product flow.
- Scan physical models to create digital scans for cases.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality standards are met.
- Demonstrate a high standard of work ethic and professionalism at all times.
- Share responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of the shipping area with the rest of the team.
- Represent the company and department in a positive and supportive manner at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Requirements:
- Exceptional time and scheduling management.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable sitting for long periods of time.
- Exceptional computer skills.
Education:
- 1 or more years’ experience in Dental field (preferred but not required)
- High School Diploma or Higher
Job Type: Full-time
