ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Cresa Dallas & Cresa Phoenix are seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who can assist with developing and updating client facing marketing materials in addition to handling various office management and operations tasks. This individual will be responsible for keeping our 20 person office running on a day-to-day basis, coordinating projects for brokers, maintaining all website and digital marketing materials, and producing client facing deliverables and presentations.

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work. Precise, consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle multiple tasks. Consistent, error free work is a key measurement of job performance success. The work is helpful in nature, providing support and service to others while delivering quality work on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Developing, designing and coordinating all client focused materials. Examples are surveys and tour books, market analytics graphics, marketing campaigns, custom maps, and newsletters.

· Producing, printing and binding final materials

· Aiding with digital marketing & social media efforts

· Providing administrative support for Managing Principals, Advisors and Project Managers.

· Maintaining basic office functions on a day to day basis. Examples include invoices reconciliation and managing local vendors

· Proactively maintaining the Cresa Dallas & Cresa Phoenix websites and quarterly market analysis deliverables.

· Maintaining sublease listings and eblasts.

· Meeting client and project requirements in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

· An undergraduate degree and 3 years of work experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Attention to detail, self‐motivated, customer‐centric, and results‐oriented

· A positive "can do" attitude

· Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

· A strong design eye

· Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign and Photoshop)

· Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Experience adhering to branding standards across multiple pieces of print and digital collateral

· Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
