Branch Operations Manager

As the Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Warehouse and all related operational activities which may include, but not limited to, shipping and receiving, accounts payable, purchasing, product delivery, budgeting, inventory control, warehouse safety, housekeeping, and supervision of warehouse staff. Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 DOE Primary Duties: Responsible for the overall direction of Branch Operations, coordinating training, and evaluation of warehouse employees including: interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
