Overview

Crestron Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Analyst to support the Order Fulfillment Department to assist with data management, training and establishing processes for day-to-day operations.  This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast growing organization. We will look for you to showcase your excellent organizational skills, ability to balance multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track status of product life cycle from release to discontinuation
• Create various sales reports and analyze data trends and sales
• Calculate and update global price lists in SAP
• Create documents for processes and procedures
• Assist with research and requirements gathering for new programs
• Maintain and update all documentation (programs/procedures) needed for day to day operations by Order Fulfillment
• Track projects requiring commission adjustments
• Research and resolve issues or problems
• Ability to complete tasks and work independently
• Able to evaluate situation and make appropriate decisions

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required
• Strong business analysis skills such as documentation, process flows, and communication skills required
• Experience with SAP or other similar ERP system highly preferred
• Strong aptitude for evaluating numbers in relation to global pricing
• Proficient in Excel (able to create reports, pivot tables, vlookups)
• Ability to multitask, build relationships, and work independently
• Organized, detail oriented and strong time management skills needed
