Title: Program Leader
Job Duties: The Program Leader will work with residents 1:1 and lead therapeutic recreation groups, including exercise, art, games, snack and coffee service, and more. Opportunity to develop groups and special events based on your interests. Responsible for assisting in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing Activity Programs per current federal, state, and local standards.
Schedule: On Call: AM shift
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
- AA or BA Degree in the Creative arts or activities certification preferred.
- Prior experience in Mental Health is preferred.
