Who We’re Looking For:

CREtelligent is looking for a Marketing Manager to focus on our Corporate Services business and is located near Sacramento, California; Akron, Ohio; or North Palm Beach, Florida. This will be a hybrid position with up to 15% travel.

Key Attributes:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Campaign Management, Content Creation or related discipline with a history of defining and launching products and programs in a B2B PaaS and/or SaaS environment. Experience in the retail or corporate real estate industry a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or related fields
  • Experience with executing demand generation campaigns in HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics - including content and ad creation, emails, landing pages, webinars, etc.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to create meaningful content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webcasts, proposals, sales collateral, value propositions, and presentations (sample will be required)
  • Experience identifying applicable associations, conferences, and tradeshows and maximizing ROI from related memberships and sponsorship. You have attended tradeshows and conferences and are comfortable representing a company’s brand and value proposition.
  • A big one - you truly understand B2B marketing across multiple channels and have a passion for it. More importantly, you can create a plan based on targeted prospect values and create, manage, and measure campaign efficacy with little oversight.
  • Understanding of social media including LinkedIn, and Twitter, and how to leverage those channels to deliver content.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take our demand gen, brand marketing, and communications to the next level.

You'll be responsible for helping Go-to-Market (GTM) team develop our demand generation, education, and product awareness strategy. You will be intimately involved with testing new ways to drive demand from existing clients and setting a foundation for major growth in 2022 and beyond. Equally important will be your expert Content Creation - stories, articles, product descriptions, and social media communications will fall into your area of leadership.

You'll need a solid B2B marketing background, strong writing AND proofing chops, comfort being scrappy in a small company environment, and the ability to get things done independently. You will report directly to our Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with other team members. You are comfortable in a "flat organization" and appreciate open-door communications and "internal client" requests/input.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage integrated B2B marketing campaigns focused on CREtelligent’s Corporate industry segment, including insurance, telecom, retail, legal, and construction firms
  • Develop and manage campaigns to retain and increase revenue from existing clients
  • Execute demand generation campaigns in HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics - including content and ad creation, emails, landing pages, webinars, etc.
  • Create and manage campaigns from start to finish – planning, strategy, implementation, tracking, measurement, and reporting.
  • Develop and refine buyer personas and audiences that help in the development of target messages and campaigns
  • Develop and manage content used on website, sales collateral, sales presentations, blogs, case studies, testimonials, etc.
  • Work in close collaboration with colleagues from Product, Sales, and Client Success to deliver effective campaigns, including new product launches
  • Help identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels
  • Identify, plan and manage company participation in tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and industry events; manage related vendors
  • 10-15% travel required
