Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers with their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing:
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service issues for management review.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and performance.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
