Description
Crews Financial Services (a part of the Trust and Wealth Management division of Crews Bank & Trust) is looking for a Sales Assistant to work along side our Financial Advisor.
Do you have strong interpersonal communication skills? Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills? Have interest in helping customers successfully prepare for the future?
The Sales Assistant role works directly with the Financial Advisor in the operations of the financial services program. Some travel between office locations is required.
Primary duties include:
Opening new accounts, processing paperwork and transactions, reviewing documents for accuracy, set up and maintenance of client files, liaison between Advisor and Osaic Institutions back office, contacting clients and coordinating appointments, scanning and record retention, coordinating mailings and correspondence, promotion of CFS program, and other administrative tasks necessary to maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
Background and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Series 7, 66 & 63 preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Life, Health and Variable Annuity license preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Able to organize and prioritize complex tasks.
- Computer knowledge using various software and online tools.
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible and team-oriented work environment.
