Position: Bariatric Dietitian
Location: Endeavor Health, Evanston – Glenview locations
Aramark Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Bariatric Dietitian at Endeavor Health. As a Bariatric Dietitian you will specialize in providing medical nutrition therapy to bariatric patients seeking weight loss. You will work with patients before and after weight loss surgery, helping them optimize their health and develop a positive relationship with food and eating. Your role will be crucial in supporting patients on their weight loss journey.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans for bariatric patients.
- Coordinate nutritional education and counseling services.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress toward achieving nutritional goals.
- Assess educational needs and the presence of barriers to learning
- Provide nutrition counseling for individuals and groups, taking into consideration any adaptations to teaching methods necessary to meet patient learning needs
- Utilize assessment and evaluation techniques that consider the varied needs of age-specific populations as well as cultural, religious, and ethnic concerns
- Maintain clinical productivity standards and accurate record keeping of daily clinical activities, including information for scheduling and billing
- Demonstrate accountability for the proper use of patients’ protected health information

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
- Maintain current state-required credentials and/or licensure practice as a Dietitian in the state of Illinois
- 2 or more years of experience in medical nutrition therapy, weight management pr bariatric experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
