Inside Sales Assistant – (Belmont, New Hampshire): 

What can you expect:

• Starting at $23.00/hour
• Annual increase potential

What you will do

• Build spreadsheets; prepare presentations and other documents for Business Manager.
• Participate in credit/rebill process to understand validity, track timing, volume, root cause corrections and strive for a reduction in overall annual instances.
• Assist in AC Billing and Fuel Adjustment process, ensuring accurate and timely postings.
• Assist with monthly reporting for meetings including sales, budgets, forecasts, initiatives, quote analysis, business initiatives and call logs.
• Help organize, track and store information about our current market conditions, sales trends, and prospects.
• Review sales team backlog and quotes for timeliness, validity and follow up.
• Maintain website with pricing, hours, and sales contact information.
• Learn and utilize all sales tools and applications as defined by the sales process (Salesforce, Material Quote, DF3, etc.).
• Assist Commercial Business Manager and provide information gathering and analysis on various projects when necessary.
• Assist in the ticket detail review process prior to billing.
• Assist the Material Sales Department to ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
• Assist in general office duties as required.

Requirements:

• Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
• Two-year degree preferred; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities.
• Proficient computer skills with web based applications and MS Office products.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Extended hours with possible night and/or weekend work as well as overnights.
• Willingness to travel to other Pike locations throughout the company when needed.
• A valid driver’s license.
