What You Can Expect:
As an HR Intern at Pike Industries, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with a dynamic Human Resources team. This internship provides a well-rounded introduction to HR operations, giving you the opportunity to learn about recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training programs. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions while building a foundation for your career in human resources.

What You Will Do:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs and team-building activities.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to support employee development.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including responding to employee inquiries and providing general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program with a focus on Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including occasional nights or weekends if needed.
- A valid driver’s license.
