Job Description
You will be an integral part of the leadership team, both in your center and as a manager for your Next Level Hospitality Services account. You will be overseeing the day-to-day food service operations for a senior living community, managing a team and managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and staff development.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides nutritional screening, monitoring, and implementation of the nutrition plan of care for the residents under the guidance of the Registered Dietitian
- Maintains excellent relationships with our clients.
- Knowledge of and compliance with all regulatory agency standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to resident confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and resident rights policies
- Works with your staff to create nutritious and premier quality food for your residents under the direction of a Regional Culinary Director and with contribution from the Registered Dietitian
- Act as a liaison between Next Level Hospitality Services and the residents, staff of your center
- Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
- Participates in resident satisfaction programs, departmental meetings as directed, and QAPI programs.
Qualifications
- Certified Dietary Manager/CDM or Dietetic Technician, Registered DTR is required
- At least a year of food service management in healthcare or senior living preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial and business experience
- Excellent communication skills
- ServSafe™ certified, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
- Microsoft office applications, EMR, and tray card system use.
