Job Description

Aramark Sports Entertainment is hiring a Data Analyst - Empower Field,  to support analysis of food, beverage and retail trends. This position will focus on data governance, analysis and insight-based recommendations to maximize opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• Leverage consumer analytics to understand customer purchasing habits across Food & Beverage Retail at Empower Field. Identify key consumer segments and summarize data-driven findings in a visual way that resonates with a variety of stakeholders and audiences.
• Analyze business performance data from a multitude of sources including labor tracking, Point of Sale, and inventory management systems to identify opportunities to improve operations and recommend data-driven action plans. 
• Lead the creation and development of key performance reporting to multiple stakeholders including the Aramark operations team and clients.
• Identify opportunities to create and meet consumer demand.  Work with internal and external strategic partners to pilot new concepts to advance the customer experience at Empower Field.
• Generate ad-hoc analyses to measure the outcome of short-term strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to define insights and analytics required to measure success.
• Innovate ways to streamline the collection and synthesis of information by improving business processes and organization. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting or Finance or another scientific discipline. Master’s degree a plus, but not required. 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analytical function preferred.
• Advanced analytical ability and spreadsheet modeling skills are required. 
• Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to interface with multiple levels of management are essential. 
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate findings, analysis, implications, and recommendations to varied stakeholder audiences
• Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office package, specifically a high level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience analyzing data with R or Python is a plus

Hourly eligible benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.
COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
