We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, staff development and training, and financial performance. The Store Manager must have a passion for retail and excellent organizational skills to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and be able to provide leadership and direction to the store team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Manage customer service issues and complaints.
- Develop promotional campaigns to increase sales.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
