CRISP & GREEN is seeking a super talented Restaurant Assistant Manager to add to our team!
CRISP & GREEN is where individuals go to experience healthy and delicious food. To ensure that guests receive the best service and food each and every time, we need enthusiastic, positive and motivated leaders. Our Restaurant Managers lead our front of house team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. He/she will lead the team with an eye on the food, feel, and flow of the restaurant each shift. It is vital that our Restaurant Managers can coach and inspire their teams to deliver and maintain the crisp standard.
Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be in charge of training and development of our FOH teams while maintaining our crisp standards with regards to food safety and quality. You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our FOH teams will want to emulate. We see the Restaurant Manager as an absolutely vital role in our continued success and growth as a company
Restaurant Assistant Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of day to day operations in the front of house
- Build a positive atmosphere where our guests always feel welcomed and leave satisfied
- Recruiting and hiring for current and future staffing needs
- Train existing crew and new hires to become confident in their ability to deliver the crisp standard
- Identify and develop future leaders
- Challenge your team to become better every day
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Maintain a clean and organized line with properly functioning line equipment
- Manage food safety through line temps, hand washing and glove use
- Monitoring secondary shelf lives and enforcing all food safety policies and procedures
- Clear understanding of operating procedures, recipes, and restaurant handbook
- Effectively communicate changes to restaurant team including changes to menu, policies, and team member benefits
- Resolving customer incidents and working to ensure a positive guest experience
- Assisting with banking, cash handling, and other office paperwork
- Facilitating marketing, promotions, and events
- Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant management experience preferred but not required
- Successfully communicate and serve as a role model to the Crisp Crew
- Background in training and development
- Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- Proven organizational skills
- Passionate about healthy food and living “Crisp”
- Ability to work full-time, including nights and weekends
