Our Team Members are the face of Crispers – and its arms, hands, and legs. They keep everything clean, fresh and appealing to our guests and deliver customer service with a smile. Duties in serving our guests include greeting with a smile, preparing food, assembling orders, working a cash register, delivering food, and bussing tables.
To stand out as a Crispers Team Member, you will need to work busy shifts on your feet, and have outstanding guest service and communication skills. You will need to:
✓ Prepare food in a timely, neat, and accurate manner.
✓ Follow recipes accurately and in accordance with Salata standards.
✓ Provide excellent customer service by having a servant’s heart.
✓ Maintain appropriate portion control
✓ Ability to see sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality, service and
cleanliness.
✓ Mobility to get to multiple stations within the restaurant.
✓ Ability to stand for long periods of time.
✓ Ability to count, separate, and weigh all types of food products.
✓ Ability to develop positive working relationships and work as a part of a team as needed and
requested.
✓ Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to guests and co-workers.
✓ Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
✓ Display a positive and energetic approach to all assignments.
✓ Ability to follow instructions for recipes, food preparation, and sanitation guidelines.
✓ Willingness to be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant.
