Responsibilities:
Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
Utilize negotiation skills to close sales deals with customers.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Proven ability to achieve results both independently and as a team by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
Ability to think through complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Full-time Sales Professionals are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business such as weekends and holidays.
Ability to work with a diverse client base.
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 25 pounds, utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.

Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Employment in this role is contingent upon successful completion of a background and credit check.
Preferred Qualifications:
A college/university degree.
Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.
