Job Description: Jewelry Sales Associate, Full time (Part time will be considered)

Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional client experiences to all patrons, building on our already loyal clientele
- Work closely and creatively with clients throughout the custom process
- Become well versed on our custom process, as well as fine jewelry collections
- Perform all aspects of sales and support to include sales, phone management, inventory control, product display, jewelry cleaning, repair take in as well as coordination of repair and custom jobs
- Develop strong client and vendor relationships while maximizing sales
Qualifications:
Seeking an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented creative team player who genuinely enjoys working with people. Ideal candidate will offer the following:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service/sales, retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Superior oral and written communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Computer literate necessary with prior POS systems experience a plus
- Social media and website skills a plus
- Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday with extended hours/days during the holiday season (no evenings!)
- Background check required
