Direct Care Staff

We are currently seeking part-time and casual direct care staff at Cumberland Vista, a personal care home in Dillsburg, PA. Our direct care workers have the incredible opportunity to “do life” with our residents.

At Christian Residential and Social Services (CROSS), we provide 24/7 residential care to adults with developmental disabilities. We strive to provide a home that encourages independence, as well as provide spiritual and emotional support as we value each individual.

Hours available:

Thursday: 2pm-9:30pm

Friday: 6am-2pm

Saturday: 7am-2pm

Saturday: 2pm- 10pm

Direct Care Staff:

 Care for high functioning resident needs - hygiene, food prep, cleaning, transportation, personal safety

 Provide emotional, behavioral, physical and spiritual support

 Receive certification and training in medication administration, First Aid, CPR

 Accurately document medication and communicate with the care team.

 Attend monthly meetings and training.

 Pay is $15.75 per hour, 8 hour shifts, consistent day and shift each week or biweekly.

With opportunity to pick up other shifts.

 Flexible time off

Experience and Requirements:

-No prior experience needed, just a heart to serve.

-Must be 18 years of age or older

-High school diploma

- Valid License

- Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
