What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail District Manager position at CrossAmerica Partners?
Our District Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations for a group of retail sites in a designated geographical area. You will be responsible for overall productivity of the retail outlets and the supervision of the Store Managers. Travel is required for this role!
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a leadership presence that represents the organizations mission and values
- Foster strong relationships with a high level of support by conducting weekly store visits, daily communication, and timely response to identified needs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring visual standards meet brand expectation
- Develop and implement solutions to identify and address inefficiencies
- Maximizing profitability through monitoring of current sales, gallons, expenses, inventory control,
- Analysis of financial reports/P&L management
- Implement strategies for recruitment, retention, and team member development
The qualified individual should:
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree or 5 years C-store experience
- Customer service leader, with high standards for customer satisfaction
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, highly motivated and goal oriented
- Valid Driver’s license, reliable vehicle that is compliant with all state laws and standards
