As a Family Foundations Practitioner, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering direct behavioral health services and interventions to children and families in need.

Your work will directly contribute to the well-being and success of families, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Location : Hendersonville, NC, Work is performed in an office environment, the community and client homes. Conditions in client homes may include clutter / disorganization, tobacco smoke, domestic animals, household pests, mold and other allergens, and other conditions common to domestic environments.

Requires extensive travel to client homes and throughout the community.

Status : Full-time, Exempt

Hiring Range : $44,000 - $50,000

Education / Experience

At minimum, meets requirements for a Qualified Professional which are one of the following : Holds a license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession Graduate of a college or university with a Masters degree in a human service field and has one year of full-time, pre- or post-graduate degree accumulated supervised clinical experience with children and families Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field and has two years of full-time, pre- or post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised clinical experience with children and families Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a field other than human services and has four years of full-time, pre- or post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised clinical experience with children and families

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct behavioral health services and interventions for children and family members.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure adequate service delivery and maintain a minimum contact requirement with each family.
• Facilitate Child & Family team meetings and Person-Centered Plan updates.
• Respond to emergencies and crises, providing on-call support as needed.
• Collaborate with community partners and referral agencies to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to agency protocols and standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
