CrossRoads Building Supply Inc, a premier Supplier of quality Millwork Products, Doors, Mouldings, Windows, and Trims, is looking to add Inside Sales personnel to their growing team in North Little Rock, AR. The Inside Sales Representatives assists existing customers with product sourcing, information and pricing over the telephone and in person.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provides pricing and information to customers and Outside Sales personnel
- Enters quotes and orders into computer system
- Calculates prices and margins for product orders
- Assists with special orders
- Answers and directs telephone calls
- Develop new accounts and service existing business
- Increase customers product awareness
- Understand and perform company paperwork and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of sales experience
- trades or building industry experience is required
- Possess strong communication skills
- Must be an articulate and motivated customer service professional
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
