JOB SUMMARY
Crossroads Church is seeking a Digital Ministry Solutions Specialist. This person will assist in providing communication and technical support to staff, provide administrative support to team leaders and overall support of the Digital Ministry Solutions Team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helps develop and disseminate communications from DMS to the rest of the organization
• Helps build and maintain an intranet page for DMS
• Trains and becomes an expert on the Church Management System
• Assists in resolving tickets received from the Service Desk
• Manages and processes DMS’s vendor invoices, budget tracking, and product investment tracking
• Manages and processes team leaders’ expense reports and calendars
• Helps plan and manage DMS events
• Coordinates team business travel needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience / Skills Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Google’s GSuite - Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in managing other people’s calendars
• Highly organized and meticulous with details
• Passionate about technology and how it can enable ministry
• Previous experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Previous experience supporting a technical product(s) preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Performs effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints.

• Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs.

Scheduling / Travel Requirements:

• This is a weekday, business hours role that also occasionally requires serving in events at Crossroads like Christmas, Easter, Super Bowl, etc.

• Must be able to travel to and from Crossroads sites throughout the Greater Cincinnati area

• Occasional out of town travel for site visits, training and/or conferences

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and other high impact events at Crossroads.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : $37,200 - $47,200
