Job Description:
You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting our most senior level candidates at the managing director and partner / principal (owner) levels, working closely with Crowe leaders. This is an opportunity to work directly with business and enterprise leaders on executive hiring needs across all business areas of the firm. You will work directly with the global leader of experienced hires to shape our leadership recruitment methodology into a top-notch, white glove approach with an emphasis on creating a personalized stakeholder and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage the hiring process from sourcing to pre-onboarding and provide a personalized, white-glove experience for all candidates
Build consultative partnerships with business and enterprise leaders to strategize on the execution of effective and prioritized hiring strategies
Create diversified sourcing strategies including the use of referral networks, targeted outreach, differentiated job postings
Manage relationships with relevant executive search firms
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruiting strategies
Curate interview teams and define sourcing and assessment tools to identify top talent in a streamlined fashion
Conduct confidential job searches and interviews, as requested
Stay abreast of industry trends to continuously refine recruitment approach to meet changing market conditions, working with Crowe’s Talent Acquisition leaders
Network through industry contacts, association, past candidates, alumni, current employees, and other avenues to attract candidates
Qualifications:
10 overall years of full cycle recruiting experience
5 years of experience recruiting executive hires, including c-suite, partners, principals and/or managing directors
5 years of professional services recruiting experience; public accounting experience is beneficial, but not required
3 years of experience working with 3rd party direct placement entities related to the placement of executive roles
Demonstrated success recruiting executive hires in a highly aggressive and competitive market
Bachelor’s degree required
Desired Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools; experience with Workday Recruiting a plus
Data-driven decision-making and metrics-oriented mindset
Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and provide thought leadership
Strong organizational and prioritization skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,160 to $137,840.
