Job Description:
Crowe LLP, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Staff or Associate level Technology Operations Communications professional to join our Technology Relations & Advocacy team. This role is pivotal in enabling storytelling and relationship building, by sharing success stories and resources at the right time, to the right audience. Reporting to a Manager level, the successful candidate will need to develop expertise in SharePoint in order to manage Technology @ Crowe site, coordinate the Tech Digest monthly publication, and support communications around Tech Tip Tuesday, Tech Show & Tell, and Quarterly All Hands calls.
Responsibilities
- Draft Technology @ Crowe stories, and manage the site, including creating product sites and owning quarterly content audits.
- Manage the Tech Digest monthly publication, including gathering and prioritizing stories, sharing with stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with content owners.
- Support communications around Tech Tip Tuesday, Tech Show & Tell, and Quarterly All Hands calls.
- Develop expertise in SharePoint and support Guild leaders in evolving their SharePoint sites.
- Build relationships with Crowe Marketing and Communications teams.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to identify technology needs, align resources, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Communicate technology initiatives and updates effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences by supporting awareness and enablement.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve technology processes, services, and solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments, incorporating relevant insights into technology initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in technology, project management, or a client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and other current technology trends and best practices in the professional services industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
