Job Description:
We’re looking for an organized and driven individual to join our growing Billing Systems team. This position will work closely with Client Engagement Acceptance (CEA), Billing Department, Client Relationship Management (CRM), and Engagement teams to maintain client/customer and engagement/project records to ensure our systems stay in synch and to allow for timely invoicing to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Set up new clients and engagements in Elite and Workday.
- Maintain the client and engagement records in Elite and Workday.
- Manage a shared CEA mailbox.
- Maintain CEA documentation.
- Monitor in process CEA forms.
- Test updates to the CEA application.
- Set up new phase/task codes in Elite.
- Set up exception rates on engagements in Elite.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, other Microsoft applications.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Works well both independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor/Associate degree is a plus, but not required.
