Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or bachelors of science degree in a related field (a MBA, MHA and/or MPH is a plus).
- Expertise using technical solutions for data analytics, analysis, problem solving.
- 0 to 2 years experience, ideal candidate would have health care experience (clinical experience in laboratory, radiology, respiratory therapy, cardiology, PT, OT, Speech Therapy or Nursing is a plus); basic knowledge of the revenue cycle with an emphasis on hospital charge capture processes preferred.
- Experience in a professional services/consulting capacity is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial and business areas preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven skills in and a passion for providing a high quality client experience.
