An Ag Retailer with a proven track record in the Lawler, IA, area is looking to hire an Agronomy Manager to join their team. This individual would be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting the growth of a team. Prior experience in agronomy sales and agronomy management is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations
- Maintain and expand grower client base
- Lead a team of up to 10 people
- Dispatching, pricing, inventory, safety, and preventative maintenance
Requirements:
- 4 years of related Agronomy experience
- 3 years of management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of seed, chemical, and fertilizer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
