What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-site Bilingual Recruiter position at Crown Staffing?
Crown Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to fill an opening located in Richwood, Kentucky. The ideal candidates would have previous experience and be able to work an 8-hour shift.
Requirements of the Recruiter:
- MUST be flexible with the working schedule, the hours could be as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 7:00 PM, a 40-hour work week. Will be Monday-Friday except for the occasional Saturday for Job fairs or other business needs
- Must have basic Microsoft experience such as Excel and outlook.
- Previous recruiting
- Must be able to handle a fast pace work environment

- Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes.
