What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Representative position at CRS International?

This position supports our national clients consisting mainly of independent retailers, department stores, hospitality clients, and web-based stores. The Customer Care Representative talks to customers on a daily basis via phone and e-mail, addresses requests and/or concerns while maintaining an ongoing professional relationship with the customer.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual that enjoys working with customers, is detail-oriented, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are a small, family-owned business in a compact office environment; applicants must be comfortable working as part of a team.

Qualifications

· Knowledge of, or employment in, the home products, interior design, or luxury goods industries is a plus although not a requirement.

· Demonstrable prior experience in any type of B2B customer service and/or sales required.

· Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong time management skills and ability to effectively multi-task.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent Math skills

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Creating Sales Orders & Invoices

· Quickly and professionally answer inbound calls to determine call nature or inquiry to include explanation of products available, features and cost

· Following up on requests, reviewing rates as needed, tracking and routing shipments and orders, customer set ups, updating customer files and profiles

· Communicating with e-commerce platforms via email or back-end

· Servicing customers by addressing general questions, expeditions, claims, returns, and shipments

· Keeping product data up-to-date
