PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
- Responsible for all recruitment activities including, sourcing, screening, and managing candidate and manager relationships, with the goal of hiring top level talent into the organization.
- Identify and develop recruiting channels appropriate for differing positions, levels of experience, etc. with an emphasis on reaching passive candidates.
- Identify and promote what makes CRSP attractive to candidates, highlighting key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors.
- Review and refine internal recruiting process to ensure the most effective practices are in place while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with Federal, State and local law, DOL regulations and organizational policies and procedures governing the employment process.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience.
- Remain current on industry conditions, talent acquisition trends, and market intelligence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Core HR Responsibilities
- Design and generate standardized and ad-hoc reporting, conduct analysis of reports to present key data points and offer recommendations.
- Research and develop programs that are conducive to team development across the departments and the firm. Implement employee programs to further develop employee/firm relationships.
- Update and maintain company career paths, ensuring consistency across the various related documents such as job descriptions, department ladders, and cross-firm opportunities.
- Develop, document, and maintain current and new business process workflows.
- Stays abreast of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and reporting requirements and advises management in these matters.
- Provide employee relations support as appropriate working closely with the Human Resources Director.
- Facilitates the onboarding of new employees, ensuring readiness for new arrivals.
- Maintain open and effective communication across the firm at all levels.
- Participate in the review, development, and implementation of human resources policies and procedures for the firm.
- Supports compliance efforts, including the communication and dissemination of company policies, as well as federal, state, and local requirements.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the Human Resources Director.
- Participates in identification and evaluation of training programs to meet the needs of CRSP employee development.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-5 years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate and/or agency environment.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, codes, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong client management and business literacy skills.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HRCI or SHRM certification.
- 1-2 years experience in human resources.
- Experience using UKG UltiPro.
