Duties and Responsibilities
Lead/appointment generation through our CRM software hosted in the spa.
Please note: We are not a telemarketing firm and we are not an in-bound/out-bound call center. This is a lead generating position in the spa.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based upon business needs valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to work Working Scale CRM to book leads collect deposits, book appts ect
- Drive and track series sales
- Drive memberships sales
- Recover failed memberships with team members
- Coach team members on Front Desk and Service Providers
- Handling and delegating resolution of escalation calls
- Coaching in the moment
- Strive to reach $10,000 in series sales
