Learning Solutions Advisor (Core Strengfths)

Reports To: Director of Professional Services

The Impact You Will Have:

As a Learning Solutions Advisor, you will work with organizations as they work to connect their people development to their business strategy. You will help design learning journeys and the supporting curriculum for leaders, managers, and their teams. Your focus will be on four priorities:

  1. Pre-sales: You are the subject matter expert in the pre-sale buying journey to help prospective customers ask the right questions to discover the right solution. As the SME you will help customers with solution design, implementing elements of curriculum planning and support reinforcement through the flow of work.
  2. Implementation: Support Customer Success with the implementation of RQ into a time-boxed solution. You will focus on tailoring customer pilots to provide proof-of-concept.
  3. Education: Design product playbooks for educating pre-sellers, direct sellers, partner consultants and master facilitators.
  4. Community: Lead the content strategy for certification and build an engaging community of internal customer champions through conferences, forums, and loyalty programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide pre-sales support for crafting client need solutions.
  • Create an excellent customer experience journey to ensure they maximize their value from Core Strengths/Crucial Learning at all lifecycle stages (starting with their implementation).
  • Assist on sales presentations and serve as a technical resource to both direct Sales and Partners.
  • Become a strategic advisor to your clients by providing onboarding and training on our solutions and influencing change to drive adoption across their organization.
  • Hold refresher courses as needed for clients.
  • Monitor and manage accounts by checking and reporting on usage and the quality of the client's experience.
  • Provide ROI analysis to ensure subscription plan renewal for enterprise clients.
  • Offer help and advice to Sales and Marketing leadership based on analyzing data obtained from reports and your interactions with clients.
  • Seek opportunities to expand our business within client accounts and partner with client partners to grow business; communicate those opportunities to the appropriate client partner or VP.
  • Work with Marketing to create Client Success collateral.
  • Host webinars with subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Conduct onsite visits for key clients for onboarding, integration, curriculum design, evaluation, and other as-needed projects.
  • Create forums to share best practices and new product developments.

What You'll Need:

  • 5 years of demonstrated experience working in talent development for an enterprise organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience and ability facilitating both in person and virtual workshops for executive level audiences
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to run Certification training for other trainers
  • Experience teaching and leveraging the SDI in talent development efforts
  • Track record working with talent management SaaS-based products.
  • Experience designing learning journeys and curriculum for leaders, managers, and their teams.
  • Strong growth mindset for learning and personal development.

  • Proficient with technology (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, modern web apps)
  • Ability to travel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
