What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance - Commercial Lines CSR/Support Coordinator position at Crum-Halsted Agency?
In search of a customer service representative with 1-2 years recent insurance experience to support account managers and producers. Administrative tasks include, but are not limited to, processing mail, maintaining customer files, tracking renewals, issuing certificates of coverage, reporting claims, data entry into agency management system, answering phone, providing insurance quotes for customers, and assisting with marketing new accounts.
P&C Insurance license is preferred, however willing to work with the right candidate to get licensed. 1-2 years insurance experience is preferred.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
