Job Description:
- Ensuring company policies regarding health, safety, and security are followed by everyone.
- Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
- Training, and developing new employees while taking disciplinary action when needed.
- Assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities.
- Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
- Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
- Providing leadership, support, and direction to all employees.
- Providing exceptional customer service and quality product to customers.
- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
- Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
- Working closely with Area Manager to fulfill the needs of the store.
