We are looking for an upbeat, friendly, and motivated individual to lead a fun and vibrant culture in our store in North Haven, CT. Come prepared everyday to deliver excellence to our customers! The focus of this role will be to manage the store's daily operations, engage and inspire our crew of bakers and uphold the Crumbl standards of incredible cookie quality for our loyal customers. Our store leaders set the tone and expectations for success. We accept nothing but the best from our leadership team.
To be successful in this role, you MUST:
Love working with teens and young adults.
Have a vision bigger than just an efficient operation and making cookies.
Have a detailed and organized skill set that will enable you to MASTER store operations including the production process, inventory, ordering, vendor management, logistics, basic tech for store iPads and computers, etc., scheduling, cleaning and maintenance, and all details of running the store that sells the world's best cookies. Have a sincere interest in baking - we make cookies (the BEST cookies)!

Schedule
Full Time, 40hrs in store a week
(Store Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-10pm; Friday - Saturday, 8am-midnight)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Restaurant or fast-casual management experience
- Experience launching new store locations is a huge bonus
- Verifiable track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Must be passionate about the restaurant industry and focused on creating amazing guest experiences
- Strong computer and tech/apps/smartphone skills
Responsibilities:
- Master the Crumbl Cookies brand guidelines that ensure the special Crumbl Cookies experience for each of our guests and raving fans.
- Hiring, training, and motivating team members
- Cultivate a fun, hardworking team environment
- Community outreach and brand growth
- Ensure world-class product quality, inventory and store efficiency
- Establish sales goals and expectations
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

- Obtain Qualified Food Operator license prior to start date (we will provide communication on how to obtain)
- Completion of Crumbl digital training
*Upon being hired, in order to ensure you are successful in the desired role of a manager, a 60 day training period will take place to ensure you meet or exceed the job requirements of a manager. This training period will involve starting, learning, and showing excellence in each Crumbl position prior to moving onto the next position. Starting pay will be $45,000 and upon successful completion of the training period, manager compensation will begin. Performance and compensation reviews at 180 days and at the end of 1st year.
