What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Experience Receptionist position at Crumbl Cookies?
Every office needs a positive and collaborative personality that helps establish company culture! The Office Experience Receptionist will be charged with owning the physical office experience both for our employees as well as our guests. As a member of the Employee Experience team, you will be critical in creating a welcoming and fun office environment, planning events, greeting and directing guests, giving on-site tours to our fans, and much more. This position will work closely with the VP of Employee Experience to ensure that quality customer service is provided to our employees and guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Point of contact for Crumbl employees and guests.
- Assists with onboarding/day-one experience for new employees.
- Assists in planning and executing social events for the office.
- Assists in planning and executing Employee Experience activities.
- Assists in planning and purchasing food and decorations for corp lunches and celebrations throughout the month.
- Picks up cookies for the office once a week
- Assists with all things related to the facilities in Crumbl’s portion of the building.
- Runs errands upon request
- Greets, informs, and directs visitors and employees.
- Schedules appointments and meetings.
- Organizes and distributes incoming packages and mail to the correct departments or individuals.
- Drafts and distributes office memos and correspondence.
- Files and organizes paper and electronic documents, such as emails, invoices, reports, and other administrative records.
- Ensures reception and other common areas are clean and organized.
- Ensures the office is properly locked and tidy when closing.
- Ensures snacks for the break rooms are fully stocked and maintain organization and cleanliness.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must feel comfortable communicating with others and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to think critically to discover and solve complex problems.
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication and decision-making skills; ability to balance strategy and execution of various change activities.
- Exceptional project/project and change management skills in scoping, design and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to create structure and prioritize work.
- Proficient in Google Drive, Intercom, Monday and any other programs utilized by Crumbl. Additionally, MS Office proficiency, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Maintain a positive attitude and have the ability to handle change with professionalism and authenticity.
Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment that is 100% in-office, routinely utilizing a laptop, cellphone, and other office equipment and supplies. The ability to travel to other locations is required.

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 50 pounds.
