What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Crumbl Cookies?
Responsibilities of Store Manager
- Run Shifts (usually the early morning shifts) and prep for the day.
-Count Inventory (The Area Manager will order).
-Assist in staffing the store, including conducting interviews.
-Assist in the weekly scheduling of the store.
-Covering Shifts as needed, in addition to your shifts (Sometimes this means 10 Hour days)
-Ball dough, prep cookies, keep cleanliness standards. Keep employees on task.
Keeping the Standard
-Following food safety.
-No acrylic nails or painted nails.
-No piercings that could end up in food.
-Wear non-slip shoes.
