Crumbl’s Story:

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (CBO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.

Since its inception in 2017 Crumbl has now over 800 locations in the US/Canada with 200 unique cookie flavors and has become the fastest growing cookie company in the nation. Crumbl’s iconic famous pink box, the clean sleek designs of their stores, utilizing the most advanced technology, and the introduction of a weekly rotating menu has truly set them apart. It is because of Crumbl's distinct concept that leaves their customers with a feeling of anticipation that has them coming back for more every week, there by placing them in a category all on their own. Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shift in a fast paced environment. The Shift Leader will be ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner with expectations to provide direction and guidance to staff, maintaining a positive and clean work environment, while making sure that all safety protocols are followed. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and has a passion for customer service.

Duties:

• Supervise staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Assist in training new employees
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance.
• Ensure that all shift operations are running smoothly.
• Perform all other duties assigned by management.
• Must have Food Handler Certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
