Bakery Prep

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bakery Prep Cook to join our team. This position is one that requires attention to detail, ability to adhere to food, preparation guidelines, food handling and sanitation knowledge, and an ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment. You will be responsible for food prep for the bakery/restaurant, following our recipes, procedures, specs, and techniques, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Success in this Position is Generally Exhibited by those who:

• Have flexible availability between the hours 8 AM and 4 PM and on the weekends
• Have line cook experience or are otherwise familiar with how to execute the above responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
• Are able to be on their feet for the majority of an 8 hour shift
• Have high sanitation standards and have a well-developed understanding of food safety regulations
• Exhibit a high level of teamwork and are able to work alongside others/assist others
• when needed. Our work environment thrives on the ability to work as a team!
• Make it a priority to arrive to work on-time with little to no absences or punctuality issues. The nature of this position is heavily reliant on our staffs ability to come to work and execute the day to day responsibilities required of them.
