Processing Clerk

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility for the Order Processing Clerk is taking customer orders, procure products from production, process, pack, and ship orders.

Essential Job Functions:

• Pull and package products for orders and prepare for shipping
• Refurbish returned goods and return to inventory
• Arrange shipping, and ship (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL & USPS)
• Communicate with Customers, Vendors and Staff via phone, email, and fax
• Enter and process orders
• Ensure that correct accuracy certificates are used
• Maintain paperwork for orders; including shipping documents
• Separate damaged goods into non-conforming products to be repaired or scrapped
• Log inventory and raw materials and put in appropriate storage place

Minimum Requirements:

• Two years as an Order Processor in a Manufacturing Environment and one year of Customer Service

Minimum Education requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Other Skills required:

• Microsoft Office
• Data Entry
• Great Communication Skills
