Crystal Ballroom in Tampa is looking for an office assistant to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. Candidate must be able to work in both venues, Tampa and Clearwater.
Description: This position is part-time (20-30 hours) with the ability to become full-time after a 90-day probationary period. Candidates must be willing to start immediately. The ideal candidate has a passion for event planning and customer relations. This position demands good communication skills, exceptional customer service and the ability to multitask. This position provides assistance to the office manager in all office and managerial duties, including but not limited to handling intake of a high call volume, appointment scheduling, meeting with clients, sales of event packages, as well as holding various appointments with clients and other related tasks. NO CALLS TO THE VENUE PLEASE!!!!!

Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least two years customer service and sales experience.
Computer literacy and experience working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google, and Gmail are required. Must be detail oriented, flexible and organized with the ability to multitask. Open availability is required. Candidates must have a strong command of the English language with exceptional written and oral communication skills. A bilingual candidate is desired, but not required.
