Job Summary
Here at Crystal Clean Vents, we pride ourselves on being Utah's #1 HVAC cleaning company.
We are looking to bring on a full-time customer service representative / dispatcher to provide friendly and professional customer service while demonstrating a high value for hard work and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and assisting customers with their needs in a positive, productive manner.
- Helping customers understand our duct cleaning services and answering any questions regarding the services offered.
- Scheduling estimates / jobs for the field technicians and keeping the daily work calendar updated.
- Replying to customer requests from website inquiries.
- Communicating between the office and the technicians in the field.
- Operating office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- Computer Skills
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have a good understanding of where cities are in Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Summit County.
- Honest, hardworking, punctual and reliable.
- Able to work well on their own, as well as with others.
- Willing to take and pass a drug test.
- Willing to take and pass a background check.
