  • 1:30pm-12am EST with Sundays and Fridays Off
  • 2pm-12:30am EST with Sundays and Saturdays Off
  • 2pm-12:30am EST with Fridays and Saturdays Off

Locations: SDF2, SDF4, SD2V

Important Information:  

  • Preference will be given to current Pharmacy Technicians due to business needs.
  • At this time, you must be located at SDF2, SDF4, SD2V and live within 100 miles from the address of the Louisville, KY facility located at 3621 Fern Valley Road, Louisville KY 40219.
  • If selected, you must be in attendance for the entire training period and able to work the schedule needed.

Chewy, the fastest growing e-commerce retail businesses in the United States today, is seeking Full-Time CS Healthcare Pharmacy Representative to join our amazing Customer Service team! We are looking for highly motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who desire to take on the challenge of pursuing a career in healthcare. You’ll be entrusted to serve as the voice of Chewy, taking front line contacts from our Pharmacy customers, business partners, and behind the scenes operations.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Interact with customers via inbound calls according to business needs for healthcare specific questions/concerns.  
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow-up as needed to resolve issues. 
  • Operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy and kindness to customers and Team Members alike. 
  • Go above and beyond to “Wow” our customers. We aren’t looking for order-takers or script-readers – we’re searching for those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help customers set up their accounts, track down orders and sometimes get creative with solutions. 
  • Operate with a willingness to learn. We share feedback, we get feedback, and we operate in a culture of being open-minded to grow.  Many of our Team Members have grown into other roles and leadership positions, so having a long-term career focus is ideal. 
  • Other job duties as needed. 

What You’ll Need: 

  • At least 90 days tenure in your current role
  • No corrective actions issued within the last 90 days  
  • Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy. 
  • It is required to live in Kentucky within 100 miles from the address of the Louisville, KY facility located at 3621 Fern Valley Road, Louisville KY 40219. 
  • Possible review of reliable attendance (10-hour minimum UTO & PTO balance) 
  • Excellent written communication skills (i.e., grammar and style) 
  • Proven track record of de-escalation skills 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, OneNote, and Excel 
  • Willingness to adapt to policy/process updates quickly 
  • Proficiency in using computers for rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information as needed 
  • Proven track record of strong quality, productivity, and exceptional customer service 
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without missing details or cutting corners 
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
